Time is such an integral part of our experience, yet many of us feel ruled by it. Once we learn that we can traverse time in either direction, time can become a powerful resource.

We can travel back to the past to revisit or learn from an experience, and we can travel into the future to test outcomes before they happen.

The Language of Time is the Key to Timeline Travel

In language we use past, present and future tenses to communicate with ourselves where along a timeline events have ocurred, are occurring, or will occur.

Walking the Timeline

It is one thing to use language to help us travel into the past, but we can amp up the experience by imagining a timeline onto which we place past or future events, and then walk into those events to experience them in a much richer way.
