The other night, we were able to use the Decision Destroyer pattern to help a person replace a limiting belief with another, more resourceful belief. We were able to do so using a timeline and spatial anchoring, and without ever having to exactly know the content of the unresourceful belief.

What have been your experiences?

Decision Destryoer and Timeline

I have used timeline quite a bit, and also decision destroyer. (I learned decision destroyer under a different name) and have had great success with both. I especially love timeline. It is very effective and fast.

Great stuff!
